The claims process is open, and the Claims Administrator is now accepting Category 1 and Category 2 claims. You can access electronic claim forms or request physical forms from the Claims Administrator here:

Please remember that the deadline to submit all claims is February 22, 2027.

The Claims Administrator continues to offer tutorials on completing the forms. The Administrator and community outreach specialists will present tutorials on completing the Category 1 claim form on November 20, 2024, and December 11, 2024. You can register for these tutorials here:

Payments for approved claims are anticipated to begin in 2025, and we will provide updates as more information becomes available.
